The frozen products are loaded at the import device level, conveyed to the freezing area via a stainless-steel spiral wire mesh belt, and run from the lowest to the highest level of the import transfer hub. After passing through the intermediate section, they reach the highest layer of the export transfer hub and then descend to the bottom layer of the export transfer hub before finally reaching the horizontal unloading at the export device. The product is frozen within a uniform wind field during this process. The operation of the wire mesh belt is synchronously controlled by three motors located at the import transfer hub, export transfer hub, and intermediate section, relying on friction for its operation. This is a highly efficient freezing device that uses a small footprint while fully utilizing the height of the space to freeze products.
